About

structuralintegration.info is a web-based reference resource about the objective science and subjective experience of the Rolf method of structural integration. Whether you’ve just heard about this thing called Rolfing® or you’ve been seeing a Structural Integration practitioner trained by the Guild and want to know more about how it works, it is hoped that this site will help you better understand what this practice is and is not. Where possible, references are cited and linked. It is hoped that framing the discussion of Ida Rolf’s work in a way that is accessible to the left-brained community will help both clients and practitioners better understand the process of structural integration.

This resource is managed principally by Matt Hsu and represents, except where noted, only his interpretation of the way things are. Please note that this resource is NOT the end-all be-all of all things Structural Integration, and that Matt Hsu is liable to make mistakes and change his mind about things at any minute!
